Technology Leasing Concepts was established in 1996 by Tom Shockley. From the beginning, Tom’s focus was on the customer and providing the most positive experience possible. In fact, Tom came up with the name TLC first and then filled in Technology Leasing Concepts.

TLC, a privately held full service leasing company, specializes in buying, selling and leasing technology from a broad spectrum of products and manufacturers. TLC’s senior management has over 81 years of combined leasing experience, which aids us in our search for the most flexible, creative solution for our customers.

Vendor Knowledge

Through strategic partnerships we buy and sell a wide variety of new and used computer equipment. These relationships are used to assist our customers in their buying process. In many cases, TLC can also negotiate with a third-party vendor on the customer’s behalf or provide the equipment at a lower cost.
